BERLIN, Germany, December 19, 2013/African Press Organization (APO)/ -- At the behest of Foreign Minister Steinmeier, the Federal Foreign Office has established a crisis unit to monitor and respond to the current situation in South Sudan. The crisis unit has decided to take steps to evacuate German nationals from the country. All German nationals in South Sudan have been called upon to be prepared for evacuation. Bundeswehr aircraft are on the way there to evacuate German nationals.
